Privacy policy
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and run your tour.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or contact form we store your name, email address, phone number, the tour you asked about and any message you write. That is all.
How we use it
Your details are used to reply with a quote, plan and run your tour, and keep in touch about that booking. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Enquiries are visible only to Magnolia Tours staff. Where a tour requires it, we share the minimum necessary details with lodges, parks or transport partners.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing info@magnoliatours.online.
