The basics of booking and travelling with Magnolia Tours.
Bookings and quotes
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A tour is confirmed once we have sent a written quote and you have accepted it. Prices are per person unless the quote states otherwise.
Payment
Day tours are settled before departure. Multi-day and multi-country trips require a deposit to secure dates, with the balance due before the tour starts.
Changes and cancellations
Tell us as early as you can. Deposits on multi-day trips may be non-refundable where lodges and parks have already been paid on your behalf. We may adjust an itinerary for weather, road, park or safety reasons.
Safety and liability
Guests must follow guide instructions at all times, especially in wildlife areas. Travel insurance is strongly recommended; Magnolia Tours is not liable for personal loss, injury or delays outside our control.
